Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to Li-quid at li-quid.app ("Li-quid", "the service"), a project management and time tracking tool operated by LI Solutions OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the service, you accept these terms. If you use the service for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
If your organisation has a separate written agreement with us that covers the service, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Access and accounts
- The service is available by invitation only. An account is personal: don't share it.
- Keep your password, and any personal access tokens you create for the API, secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us right away.
- You can sign in with a password or, where enabled, with Google. Sign in with Google is also subject to Google's own terms.
Workspaces and roles
Workspace admins invite and remove members, assign roles and connect integrations such as Google Workspace, error trackers or webhooks. Admins are responsible for who they give access to and for the integrations they connect.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you add, such as issues, comments, documents, attachments and time entries.
- You allow us to store, copy, process and display your content as needed to run the service for you and your workspace, and for nothing else.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload your content, and for it being lawful.
- We treat workspace content as confidential. Our staff access it only to operate and support the service, to keep it secure, or when the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- try to access accounts, workspaces or data you haven't been given access to;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities, or disrupt or overload it;
- get around security measures or usage limits;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes other people's rights;
- use the service to break the law.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and to back it up, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed uptime. We may change, add or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance and upgrades. Keep your own copies of anything critical, for example with the CSV and PDF exports in Reports.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Ending access
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Workspace admins can remove members from their workspace. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and accounts of people whose organisation's access to the service has ended.
Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. For significant changes we will let you know in the service or through your organisation. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
